Now that Thanksgiving (and 3 loads of dishes) are behind me, I’m finishing up my Christmas shopping and styling some must-have pieces. My look has gone from understated to making a statement for the holiday season.
I love and definitely want Paige’s Anessa jumpsuit. The fitted waist and cropped pants are just the right style for me to show off all my hard work. I don’t sweat it out with Kelsey to hide in baggy clothes, that’s for sure!
Add Sam Edelman’s black platform boots to really complete the look of the jumpsuit. A take-off on high-end Bottega boots for much less. Honestly, you can’t tell the difference. That’s why I always shop Sam Edelman.
I’d pair this look with Rag and Bone’s calfskin leather cross commuter bag. It’s the perfect day to night bag. I’m so glad I’m able to buy such a great bag due to Shopbop’s holiday sale as I wouldn’t normally splurge on such expensive things for myself!
Every outfit needs jewelry. I’m loving SASHI big gold hoop earrings and so glad they are included in SHopbop’s Black Friday sale! For that extra chic look, I’m adding Ray Ban’s aviator sunglasses. So many to choose from but aviators with gold trim are timeless. Madewell’s stunning three-coin embossed charm necklace or another stylish statement necklace really completes the look.
Last but not least, I need a fabulous coat to complete this look! My choice of coat is a knee-length dark camel Sherpa coat from Apparis. Admittedly, I’m torn between that coat and Stand Studio’s faux fur coat in the same color but it’s more luxurious and I’m not sure I need that look for every day chasing after 5 kids. Hmmm….
Madewell’s oversized Buffalo Check Scarf in black and tan pair well with both coats and allow for some serious draping around your neck. Apparis‘s faux fur leopard print scarf is also stunning and a true head turner. I might have to get both.
